Rear Addition Mudroom and Elevated Deck

Litchfield, NH

A full-scope exterior transformation for this three-story gambrel-roof home. We tore out a tired rear deck and built two new additions — a two-story bump-out for wider living space and a new side mudroom entry — all tied together with an elevated deck, wrapped fascia, and a fresh siding-and-trim package.
